Based on a Minimum Account Size of $100,000:

0.50% on the first $ 5 million of assets

0.40% on the next $ 5 million of assets

0.30% on the next $ 15 million of assets

0.20% on the next $ 75 million of assets

Plus 0.15% on the balance of assets exceeding $100 million

Fees are payable at the end of each quarter and are based on the net market value of assets under management at the end of each quarter. Performance-based management fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Opening account minimums: Institutional investors $1,000,000; high net worth individuals $100,000.
