Important Consumer Information

- COMPOSITE INFORMATION: The U.S. Treasury Bond Management Program has four composites in its list of composites. Composite A is the Treasury Bond Composite. It contains fully discretionary Treasury bond fee-baed accounts and for comparison purposes is measured against the Lehman Brothers U.S. Aggregate Index. Only accounts that have been in the Program at the beginning of the quarter and have remained in the Program until the end of the quarter are included in this composite. Any account with 10% or more of an inflow or outflow of cash will be removed from this composite until the beginning of the next quarter. Treasury Bond B Composite contains fully discretionary Treasury bond accounts held and traded through Charles Schwab. Treasury Bond Wrap Composite contains fully discretionary Treasury bond accounts established through wrap arrangements. Results are based on fully discretionary accounts under management, including those accounts no longer with the firm. Non-fee-paying accounts are not included in this composite. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
